Flat Shoe

Running is a great way to keep fit and can be great fun, too. It is very important to make sure you have the right equipment before starting and investment more important than a good pair of running shoes. You can improve your running gait and prevent injuries. There are thousands of
different shoes to choose from and most of the major sports manufacturers invest the money in science and technology of running shoes.
Running Shoe Components
A running shoe comprising a sole, a midsole, an upper, a heel counter and a post or a gateway. Other than that, shoes vary greatly in design and color. A running shoe shock has to be flexible and durable, motion control and absorb. It is best to buy shoes from a specialist running
store or at least a sports store, so you can get good advice from sales staff. Try the shoes in the afternoon when your feet are slightly larger.
Each person has his feet a little different, so an ideal shoe for someone else may not necessarily be best for you. The shape of your feet, your weight, foot problems, his running style and running surfaces (asphalt, sand, treadmill, etc.) and various other factors that may affect the running shoe
going to suit your lifestyle better.
Types of shoes
You can split the feet in one of three basic types A normal, plane or arc. Check out your wet footprint on the bath mat out of the tub. If you see a full impression, that means they are flat-footed. If a court arc, the foot is normal. If there is a narrow band
or any band between the front and back of the foot, you have high arches. Foot type affects what kind of shoes run be better for you. The normal foot tends to be more efficient and biomechanically you need shoes with moderate motion control. If you have a high arch, stability or avoid
motion control shoes, because they limit the mobility on foot. If your feet are flat, high stability or motion control shoes with firm soles will reduce the amount of your foot naturally rolls and be more comfortable and better for you. Avoid very curved or cushioned shoes if your feet are flat, as
stability will be restricted.
When it comes to running shoes, make sure feel good as soon as you put it. The middle pair of shoes must be able run 1000 km, so comfort is a must!
