Heel Boot

Can a shoe repair shop add a Cuban-heeled boot with Chelsea? If so how much do you charge?
Need a pair of Chelsea boots with Cuban heels and have found some without the heel, and wondered if it could be "extended"? If a shop repair show can do this, how often you charge?
Do not think it is possible that the back heel must match exactly the heel ex where it joins. In addition, the heel height is not recommended to change the angle from the instep to the toe is changed, and sometimes in boots, there is a steel plate between the templates and the sole to hold that angle. We hope you find someone who is able to accommodate your request, but I am doubtful. Good luck Sorry -.
